With a short time frame of only three months from design to delivery, Lochard Energy is this week live with Meridian 2018. While configuration elements such as the workflow reviews and approvals were being agreed and finalised, training and testing took place at the Iona Gas Plant near Port Campbell.
Managers, document controllers and maintenance and operations staff got hands-on with the Meridian Explorer and PowerWeb interfaces. PDF markup in Explorer is the agreed comment and redline tool for as constructed drawings, with managers triggering updates to masters via project copies in conjunction with assignment by document controllers.
With this phase of the rollout complete, focus now shifts to integrating Meridian Portal for external contractors and integration with Maximo to leverage the asset data.
